If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order, without any obligation.
Contact our customer service department by sending an email to email@example.com to indicate the order number and the reason for which you wish to return your order.
– Products must be returned in perfect condition, together with their original packaging, labels and any accessories that may have been included in the order.
The products must be returned in a single shipment.
– The return shipment will be at the expense of the customer (buyer) and must be sent to the address provided by our customer service.
Once your return has been checked, we will proceed to refund the amount of the order, excluding the original shipment of the order.
– In the event that your product is defective, we will exchange it for a new product or refund the full amount. The product must be sent to the address provided by our customer service.
Once we receive the order and check it, we will refund it immediately.
*After the stipulated period no refunds will be accepted.
Valefarma reserves the right to refuse exchanges/returns that are outside the deadline or items that are not in the same condition in which they were sent.
Pursuant to the provisions of the Ley de Ordenación del Comercio Minorista (Retail Trade Law) as well as the Community regulations (Directive 97/7/EC), no returns will be accepted on sales of goods that can be easily and immediately reproduced or copied. The return of any merchandise will require the agreement of both parties. Conquístate reserves the right to demand compensation to compensate for any possible damage suffered by the goods, as well as to recover the direct costs incurred by the return.
The product is guaranteed for a period of two 2 years from the date of delivery of the product. Provided that the purchase invoice is presented, the product is in perfect physical condition and it is used properly as indicated in the instruction manual.
The warranty covers all manufacturing defects of the Universal Armony jug in accordance with current legislation.
The following cases will not be covered by the warranty:
- The product has been used beyond its capacity or usefulness, mistreated, hit, treated with any liquid or corrosive substance, as well as any other fault attributable to the consumer.
- The product has been disassembled, modified or repaired by other persons.
- If the incident is caused by normal wear and tear of the parts due to use.
The Client may contact the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone number 961 25 26 26 86 in the event of lack of conformity due to the fact that the product does not have or does not have the characteristics or features initially offered, or has defects that prevent its normal use in accordance with its nature, within two months of becoming aware of the same. Failure to comply with this period shall not entail the loss of the corresponding right to compensation, the consumer and user being liable, however, for the damage or loss actually caused by the delay in communication.
